We want you to love your MAKEUP BY MARIO products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on items purchased from our site within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
